Today has been a cool, dreary, drippy, day. I was able to sneak out between showers and take a walk on Prince's Island. Prince's Island is a small island about a two block walk from Peter's condo and is a place where people bike ride, walk, picnic, play Frisbee, or do pretty much what ever they want to do. On summer evenings there are venues like concerts, festivals, and Shakespeare in the Park theater productions. Weekends on the island are filled with scores of people of all ages milling around doing what makes them happy. Today, the island was almost deserted. As you can see from the pictures, it is just a lovely place to spend time.
